This post is based on ala carte menu by N97.

Wagyu Tomahawk MB5 (RM770/1.5kg) was requested for Medium-rare. The centre parts were medium-rare, but the sides were more towards medium and the tip was medium-well.

It was slightly under-seasoned, so I added a touch of salt. But the meat was very juicy, good meat to fat ratio too. This was in fact one of the better Tomahawks I’ve had in KL.

It also came with sides of grilled vegetables, potato wedges and 3 types of sauces - Black Pepper, Mushroom & Bearnaise.

The Wagyu Fat was used to cook fried rice. Although the rice was slightly moist for my liking, it was very flavourful and there were small chunks of meat & fat.

King Gambas (RM45) weren’t fresh, they were fishy and mushy. Spoke to the waiter about it, and he offered to replace it for me. The replacement came back fresher, prawns were flavourful and lightly spicy.

Hokkaido Scallops (RM58) were soft and juicy. Quite decent.

The Wagyu Tomahawk also came with Complimentary Caesar Salad & Sizzling Brownies.

The chicken on the Caesar Salad was tender. The Sizzling Brownies were too dry for my liking.

Burnt Cheesecake (RM40) was creamy but lacked cream cheese flavour. Overpriced too.


Waiter was friendly and attentive. Chef came and introduce himself and checked on the food.



Small dining area, and it was hot and stuffy. Was sweating halfway through my meal.


After back-to-back of underwhelming steak experiences, I’m glad my experience here was good.
