Hanasaki Kani (Japanese Blue King Crab) was the star of the course! Chef also prepared Ozaki Wagyu Tenderloin & Matsutake Mushrooms.
Hanasaki Kani, Wagyu Beef Tempura topped with Uni was my favourite. Crispy tempura, soft and juicy crab with creamy Uni combo was amazing!
Grilled Hanasaki Kani & Matsutake Mushrooms in light mushroom soup allowed the crab to showcase its own natural sweetness. Would have this over and over again!
Ozaki Tenderloin with whole sliced Truffle & Uni. Just the usual good beef, except this was very tender!
(7-1) My usual Stewed Wagyu Beef Cheeks, (7-2) Chewy Beef Tataki & Creamy Uni & (7-3) Ise Ebi (Japanese Lobster) with Caviar!
Beef (Sirloin Flap) Ramen was a tad soft for my liking - I preferred the old chewy ramen texture.
The best Japanese Pudding, smooth and creamy!
I’ve never had the normal Kaiseki, but the Special Kaiseki has never disappointed me 😊
