Food:

The quality has improved compared to my last visit! Great price & great spread too 👌🏻

Sweets

1. The dessert spread seemed pretty high-quality and I enjoyed all the desserts here other than the Mango Victoria Bite. It had a weird essence taste, which I wasn’t fond of. The Cripsy Kaffir Lime Cheesecake had the same aftertaste too (not sure if it’s from the Kaffir Lime 🤔) but this was still acceptable.

Savouries

They offer a larger spread of savouries here (instead of just sandwiches, which was a bonus!)

2. Tempura Smoked Salmon Maki Roll was slightly dry but was flavourful.

Peking Duck (Not in Menu) was slightly sweet but was decent.

All of the sandwiches were good, but not great.

3. Scones were bite-sized, almost felt like I was eating cookies. They were buttery and crusty instead of the usual crusty outside, soft inside Scones texture. But they go well with the clotted cream & Figs jam!

4. The tea selection here was okay but I didn’t really fancy a particular flavour. Tried the Rooibos and it was so-so. No comments on the complimentary alcoholic drink.

Service:

I was offered a tiny table at first, spoken to the staff and she immediately transferred me to a larger lounge seat!

Ambience:

KL Tower Views, modern rose gold interior.

Disclaimer:

So glad that I got to enjoy the sunset views here!
