Will I come back: Yes

Pork-free, serves alcohol

This post is based on Sunday Jazz Brunch (RM248+) by The Brasserie.

Haven’t been to a buffet in a long time! Everything was served to my table by courses, and all courses were refillable. Quality was quite decent for the price!

I was eyeing on that Seafood Platter! It came with Sabah Lobster, King Crabs & King Prawns. Everything on that platter was fresh, but it tasted even refreshing with that Mignonette dressing!

Vichyssoise Soup kinda tasted like corn soup 😅 But can’t say no to the shaved truffles!

These were shared among 3 of us! Obviously couldn’t finish everything because the portion was crazy!

Slow-cooked Lamb Leg was partly tender, partly dry. But it was flavourful.

Whole Seabass skin had a weird taste, but the meat itself was moist. Still acceptable if you remove the skin.

Chicken was flavourful but dry so didn’t really have much of it.

Loved the beef rendang! So much flavour going on there, beats the other 3 proteins.

Pesto Spaghetti was weird, the sauce kinda tasted like green curry. Save your stomach space.

(8-1) Buffalo Mozzarella Salad was refreshing.

(8-2) Provençal Quiche was flakey and the filling tasted like vegetable omelette.

(8-3) Loved the Focaccia Bread! Very fluffy.

(8-4) Lime Sorbet (Palette Cleanser after mains) was too sweet for my liking.

Desserts are always what I look forward the most in buffets! I loved the Raspberry & Vanilla Tart, Red Velvet cake and Viennoiserie. The rest were okay.

Waiters were attentive, but I wished they provided empty plates instead of having to request for them. Chef even came out to introduce the dessert spread!

Modern interior, large and comfortable dining area.
