Will I come back: Yes!

Pork-free

This post is based on Afternoon Tea Menu by The Drawing Room.

Food:

This is by far the best experience I’ve had here. The food quality has improved so much! I remember only liking half of what was offered (maybe half a year ago).

Sweets:

The desserts are quite Mousse-Oriented (half of the spread was Mousse. But for someone who doesn’t like Mousse, this was quite enjoyable! They weren’t overly sweet, and I actually liked everything that was offered. The Pistachio Raspberry Tart really stood out 👌🏻

Savouries:

Unlimited Refills (During the session) for the savouries! Other than the bread from the Chicken Satay Terrine that was a bit dry, the rest actually tasted good! The Mushroom Quiche was my favourite.

Scones were a tad dry, but they had a mild sweetness. Not the best, but they were decent when paired with Strawberry Jam and Clotted Cream.

Loved the Exclusive House Blend and Grand Wedding Tea. Both were sweet teas.

Service:

I was offered a table that was too close to another table, hence I requested to change. Initially the waiter didn’t allow it, then the Supervisor came over and switched it for us. Thank god!

The other waiters were friendly and attentive.

Ambience:

Modern interior, no views but clean and comfortable.

Disclaimer:

Each session is 2 hours, hence you get free-flow savouries within the session.
