Will I come back: Yes

Halal, serves alcohol

This post is based on Afternoon Tea set by The Lounge.

Food: I remembered the hi-tea selection used to be better, but right now I find this slightly above average and kinda overpriced. Sweets 1. I only liked half of the desserts here. My favourites were the cream puff and Tiramisu. Raspberry tart was pathetic (half a raspberry??), not a fan of the Mango Sago and Pistachio & Lemon cake. Savoury 2. At RM120~ per pax, I expected more than just sandwiches. Thankfully the Chicken Salad and Salmon Sandwich were good. Tuna sandwich was okay. The other 2 were a waste of calories. 3. Still the best scones in KL thus far. Love the condiments, especially the lemon curd. Probably the only thing that keeps me coming back. 4. My favourite teas were the Signature Tropical Blend and Peach Tea. Service: Friendly and attentive waiters. Ambience: Modern, dreamy interior and comfortable seatings. Air-conditioning was quite strong tho. Disclaimer:

I’ve been here at least 5 times. And this was by far my most disappointing visit.4w
