This post is based on dimsum & ala carte menu. All orders were individual orders, recommended by waiter.

Dropped by for lunch and glad that they could customise individual portions upon request (so I don’t have to eat 3 pieces of the same Dimsum).

Food:

My usual Bird’s Nest Egg Tart (RM32) & Abalone Pastry (RM45) are good as usual. Buttery, flaky goodness. My must-haves whenever I’m here!

Chef Special Dimsum Platter (RM48) with 1 Chicken & Seafood Dumpling and 2 Crystal Shrimp Dumplings were upon request. Both great, but I really miss the abalone on that Siew Mai which they no longer serve.

Crispy Shrimp Riceroll (RM30) is my all-time favourite and I’m glad they brought it back to the menu! Soft and smooth riceroll wrapped in cripsy beancurd and juicy prawns. Another must-have!

Xiao Long Bao (RM28) had thin skin, rich & flavourful broth and chicken & crab roe filling. Enjoy the broth with a straw!

Wagyu Beef Medallions with Spicy Mustard (RM68 for individual portion) was one of the best Chinese-style beefs I’ve had. The meat was so soft and juicy, paired really well with the mustard.

Australian Beef Tenderloin with Tangy Sauce (RM68 for individual portion) was tender and juicy, the tangy sauce was different from the mustard (less sour), but both very good!

Lamb Chop with Wild Peppers (RM98) was dry and bland. Huge contrast to the beef dishes.

The manager offered Complimentary Fruit Platter to make up for the lamb 🙏🏻

Please refer to my previous Dimsum write-up for full description. Still my favourite place, but would skip the lamb!
